I have 15 years of professional
experience in project controls and scheduling with current, relevant experience
at the Leland Federal Renovation project in Houston, TX. where
I am the Jacobs lead scheduler/project engineer. I thoroughly understand
management needs for design and construction of a complex buildings and
plants. I have advanced proficiency in excel, access, in Prolog construction
management software, Electronic Project Management (ePM) software, Microsoft
Project and P3, P5 and P6 (Primavera) scheduling software, and running and
analyzing Claim Digger and customized scheduling reports off Primavera. PROFESSIONAL CIVILIAN EXPERIENCE Senior Project
Engineer/Scheduler under the ARRA (American Reinvestment
and Recovery Act) for additional design and construction of the Leland
Federal Building Renovation. The 24 year old Leland Federal Building
renovation construction scope requires building system modernization, repairs
and major upgrades to function effectively including exterior “skin and
finish”, major mechanical and electrical upgrades, lobby area remodel,
entrance plaza remodel, and the addition of a photovoltaic unit on the
adjacent parking garage. Jackson Federal Courthouse, Jackson MS, 10/07-8/11 Scheduled post Hurricane Katrina new construction
projects at Pascagoula MS and New Orleans Northrop Grumman shipyards using Primavera
& Microsoft Project software through Critical Path Method (CPM)
scheduling techniques. I worked with engineers and project managers in
scheduling and managing “New Construction/Re-Generation” projects funded by
Navy, the State of Mississippi, and Federal Government. Worked closely with
sub-contractors to ensure detailed base-lined schedules were produced and
milestones were met within engineering, procurement, and construction work
scopes. Processed change orders and work directive. Managed Earned Value
Analysis on contractors cost of actual work completed in relation to
scheduled work for certain timeframes. I

Scheduler/Project Control Lead-New Construction Was a project leader in
managing, scheduling, & planning production for all New “Mule Team”
construction in shipyard based on customer specification using Primavera and
Microsoft Project software. Scheduled & managed yard improvement
construction projects; Established, submitted, and managed budgets for all
production processes for “New Shipbuilding Construction”. Prepared and
maintained budgets, progress, forecasts, and cash flow projections in a database
with linked resource and cost loaded schedule. Provide input and support the

finished goods and raw material inventory levels through lean manufacturing

Corporation. Hattiesburg MS, 1996 to1999 Scheduled production for
multiple products with multiple sku's within the Flexible Assembly
Factory. Managed and controlled an inventory level of $5 million with a
team of three which consisted of two material coordinators and a cycle
counter by using cost effective methods. Personally created and
implemented an Inventory $ Tracking/Control Plan that was used throughout the
facility by all schedulers and submitted to corporate management each month.
- Assisted/Scheduled the start-up of various new high volume production lines
using Primavera software. Major player in coordinating annual physical
inventory in 1997 & 1998. Coordinated/Scheduled the move of various
production lines to an outsourced manufacturer overseas using Primavera
software. Managed multiple high volume production lines as well as
coordinated and purchased components and raw material for these from Domestic
and International vendors. - Assisted in implementing and phasing in the
"Kaizen" production principle on various production lines.
Implemented and managed the "Kan Ban" inventory control system on
various production lines. I worked with various domestic and
international freight carriers in expediting the delivery of freight.
Personally managed finish good inventories through VMI (Vendor Managed
Inventory) for the four regional Army/Air Force Distribution Centers. -
Worked very closely with corporate marketing in analyzing past sales and
creating current sales forecasts. Also, communicated very closely with
various production facilities to insure that production schedules reflect
demanded product that is unavailable. - Worked very closely with domestic and

officer in a battalion of over 500 soldiers. I managed overall logistics for

Company with 162 Soldiers @ total strength and $10 million in equipment. Was
